Specifications and Tender documents

The final design (= detailed study) based on the preliminary design approved by the building manager will be elaborated.
    This design includes:

• Editing of the needed calculation notes, block diagrams and design drawings of the technical installations
• Drawing up of contract documents and technical specifications for the technical equipment, including the lay-out plans and the summarised bill of quantities
• Drawing up of a detailed cost estimation
• Drawing up of a tender dossier

This tender dossier is sufficiently detailed as to allow that comparable and competitive quotes from installers can be obtained.
