Receptions/Acceptances

Only the building management is qualified to declare the reception of the work, at the end of the work. The intervention of the consultancy bureau includes:
    For the provisional reception/acceptance of the work

• Control of the totality of the executed work
• The determination of the program of the needed tests
• The review of the procedure of the tests and their results
• The review of the final settlement of the work
• The handing over to the client of a report containing the proposition tot the provisional acceptance or refusal of the work

    For the definitive reception/acceptance of the work

• The control and the eventual required tests during the period comprised between de provisional and the definitive acceptance of the work
• The handing over to the client of a report containing the proposition to the definitive acceptance or refusal of the work
